Suburban Machinery Handlebar Risers Installation on R1150RT

Required Tools:
(2) Riser Plates (In Box);
(8) Hex Bolts (In Box);
(1) Torque Wrench (19 nM/14 ft.lbs);
(1) Hex Socket;
(1) Torx Socket;
(1) Heavy Towel;
1) Place a thick towel over the front of the tank area.
2) Remove the existing torx bolts.
3) Remove the existing handlebar.
4) Notice the O-ring under the handlebars. It is there to keep moisture away from the top of the fork sliders.
5) Install the riser in place of the handlebar.
6) Use the hex bolts to attach the riser to the triple clamp.
7) Torque to 19 nM/14 ft.lbs.
8) Put the handle bar on top of the riser.
9) Use the original torx bolts to attach the handlebar to the riser (so it looks like stock).
10) Torque to 19 nM/14 ft.lbs.
11) Repeat for opposite handlebar.
